Wanetta Morgan-Hooks

Branch President

Wanetta Morgan-Hooks is the Branch President of the Dulles Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) in Virginia where she represents over 200 Mail Handlers.

Wanetta has been employed by the Postal service since 1999 and has been a Union member since becoming a Mail Handler in 2010. She has been a Union Representative since 2013 and served this union as an Alternate, Regular and Chief Steward. As Branch President, Wanetta's responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring the National Agreement is followed and enforced. Also, ensuring that the Stewards in Dulles, herself included, have tools and training needed to serve the members. 

Wanetta believes that every Mail Handler deserves proper representation and that Mail Handlers joining the Union enables the Union to have the support and resources to continue to provide representation at the highest level.
